 FALL - WINTER 2011/12

January 23 - April 30th, 2012

Paris again. Networking and auditioning via Agence A. Longer stay aimed at speeding up the shift towards a both European and North-American acting career. Period likely to include a back-and-forth to Montreal early April for the shoot of an English-speaking short film (directed by Guinness Rider, starring Chip Chuika).

 

November - December 2011

As a year ends, rebalancing of activities (!) toward the English side.

Film: New demo reel; deals for two upcoming short films by Guinness Rider (check link); several auditions notably for a large supporting role in a Hollywood production. Theatre: First contributions as a member of Montreal's Black Theatre Workshop’s Play Selection Committee; General Auditions before Montreal’s main Anglophone theatre companies.

October 12th to 23rd, 2011

Third participation in the annual, international short film marathon "Kabaret Kino Montreal"... and new roles offered:

Lead roles
- a government militia tempted by rebellion, in the science-fiction film “Rebellion” (by Hugues Lictevout);
- a drunk falling for two pin-ups on a street poster, in the absurdist comedy “Fleur de peau” [Skin-Close] (by David Dufresne-Denis);
- a blind, demanding drama teacher in the absurdist comedy “Jour de gloire” [Glory Day] (by Vincent Campbell).

Supporting roles
- a mutant, in the science-fiction film “The Orion Gene” (by Jesse Malcolm Sweet);
- a dad struggling to interest his teenage son, in the drama of manners “Le goût du citron” [Lemon Taste] (by Juliette Chesnais);
- a gangster pretending to be on a couple's night out, in the choral, one sequence-shot thriller “Champagne” (by Emile Feltesse).
